Machine library

JCB spare parts by machine — catalogue-backed hubs

This is the parent index for every machine RTP actually supports. Open a model hub to move from machine → system → category → product → OEM → diagnostic → written quote.

Already know the stamp? OEM lookup · Request a quote · Diagnostic guides.

How the machine library works

  1. 1. Pick the model hub

Only supported machines appear below. Telehandlers and unsupported classes are quoted by OEM stamp — no thin doorway pages.

  2. 2. Review systems & categories

Each hub links published system pages (where they exist) and catalogue categories derived from matched products.

  3. 3. Confirm with OEM / serial

Machine fitment narrows the search. Final confirmation uses OEM numbers, casting marks, and serial range on the written quote.

  4. 4. RFQ or diagnose

Send a parts list for procurement, or open a failure guide when the machine is down and you need parts-to-check context.

Backhoe loaders

Child hubs under this library — each page is a real resource, not a keyword lander.

Compatibility, catalogue use, and assistance

Matched catalogue counts on each card come from published fitment fields (compatible machines, model, machine type). A zero count means RFQ-by-OEM still works — it does not mean RTP refuses the model.

Sibling machines (for example 3DX and 3CX) can share visual families. Interchange is never assumed from the library index alone. Use model hubs and comparison articles, then confirm stamps on RFQ.

How to use the catalogue: open a hub → review systems and matched lines → look up the OEM stamp on OEM lookup or attach photos on identify from a photo→ request a written quote with model, serial, quantities, and destination.

Machine library FAQs

Only JCB models RTP actually supports in catalogue and RFQ workflows: backhoe loaders (3DX, 3CX, 4DX, 2DX) and excavators (JS130, JS200, JS205). Each hub links systems, categories, matched products, OEM lookup, diagnostics, and procurement — not a keyword doorway.
Open the model hub, review matched catalogue lines and system families, then search OEM stamps on /oem or submit a multi-line RFQ. Machine name alone is never enough for fitment.
RTP matches published fitment signals (compatible machines, model, machine type) to catalogue rows. Sibling models can look similar; interchange is confirmed in writing from OEM numbers and serial range — never from appearance alone.
Use /identify-part with photos, or /get-quote with model, serial, OEM list, quantities, and destination. WhatsApp and RFQ both reach the same procurement desk.
