- CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) — We arrange sea freight and insurance to named port.
- CFR (Cost and Freight) — We arrange sea freight to named port; insurance is buyer's responsibility.
- EXW (Ex Works) — Buyer collects at our premises and handles all transport and documentation.
Preferred terms can be confirmed in your quote. Incoterms® 2020 apply unless otherwise agreed.

Lead Times
Lead times depend on stock availability, quantity, and production schedule. Standard lead time ranges are communicated with the quote. Rush and scheduled deliveries can be discussed. Export clearance and transit time to your port are in addition to production lead time.
HS Codes & Customs
Our spare parts fall under relevant HS codes for machinery parts and mechanical components (e.g. under Chapter 84 or 87). Exact HS code is provided per product/consignment for your customs declaration. Buyers are responsible for import duties and clearance at destination.
Container Shipping
Full container load (FCL) and less than container load (LCL) options are available. Packing is done to protect parts in transit and meet shipping requirements. Weight and dimensions are provided for freight calculation. For large or project orders, we can coordinate with forwarders for door-to-door or port-to-port delivery.
